Kenneth “Kenny” R. Arnold

Kenneth “Kenny” R. Arnold of Edwardsville, 85, passed away on Tuesday the 21th of November at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.  Kenny was preceded in death by his parents Charles R. and Ruth V. Arnold; his life long partner Velma L. Scheibal; brothers, Leonard Arnold and James Arnold; and Velma’s daughter Linda K. McCoy.

He is survived by an extended and blended family.  Including his sister Mary Robinson and Velma’s children Kathleen Schmidt, Peggy Hoffner, Victoria Scheibal, and Nicholas Scheibal. 

Kenny was a lifelong resident of Edwardsville, IL.  He was employed by the Department of Agriculture and Stanley Cartage.  He was a dedicated member of the Edwardsville Lion’s Club and supported various charities (St. Jude’s Hospital, VA organizations and Shriner’s Hospital).  He spent his life enjoying family and friends at the “farm”, and he will be missed.
