In Loving Memory of
Jay Thomas LeMaster

Jay Thomas LeMaster aged 63, passed away peacefully on 11-23-25 comforted by his family at home in Coffeen, IL. He is preceded in death by his father Harold LeMaster, mother Madeline LeMaster, sister Tina LeMaster, and brother Scott LeMaster. 

 He was born on March 26 1962, in Granite City, to Harold and Madeline LeMaster. He was a proud resident of Granite City for many years before building his home in Coffeen where he enjoyed retirement. He met Ina LeMaster on March 26 1986, and was joined in marriage March 27 1993, in Granite City. 

 He worked proudly out of Laborers Local 397, displaying strength, grit, and heart into his work. 27 of those years, he served the city of Granite City, as a foreman of the Public Works Dept. He loved all things construction, always building or fixing things, as well as being outdoors fishing and hunting. 

 Jay was very outgoing, he knew no stranger. He always had the ability to make anyone feel welcome and smile. He loved his family, and friends alike. He is survived by his loving wife, Ina; younger brother, Lyndon; half brother Larry Merle LeMaster; son Brent (Stephanie); son Derek (Ceren); his favorite niece Rebecca; and many cousins. Family, friends, and others are invited to Thomas Saksa funeral home in Granite City, from 4-8pm on December 4th, to reminisce and honor the life of Jay.
