Born October 10, 1946 Granite City Illinois daughter of the late James F Haack and Loretta E Enz

Married to David E Freeman on July 10, 1971 at St. Elizabeth church of Granite City, Illinois and he survives in Granite City, Illinois.

Survived by her Brother Richard (Fran) Haack of Springfield Missouri, and brother-in-law Tom (Laura) Freeman Orlando Florida.

She was nurse that worked many years at St. Elizabeth hospital of Granite City.

Service at Holy Family Catholic Church of Granite City Illinois at later date.

Burial at Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials can be made out to Holy Family Catholic Church of Granite City Illinois.
